Who we are

Auto Key Works is a sole-trader mobile auto locksmith service based in Cheshunt and serving North London, Hertfordshire, Essex and surrounding areas. Auto Key Works is the controller of personal information covered by this policy.

Information we collect

Depending on how you contact us and the service requested, we may collect:

your name, telephone number, email address and contact preferences;
vehicle registration, make, model, year and key or lock issue;
your postcode, vehicle location and appointment details;
messages, photographs or other information you send by WhatsApp, telephone or email;
identification or evidence of authority to use the vehicle when required for security;
payment, invoice and service records; and
website usage information where you consent to Google Analytics.

The website quote form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. It does not save the completed form on this website.

How and why we use information

To respond to enquiries, check vehicle compatibility and provide quotations.
To arrange and deliver locksmith services and communicate about a job.
To verify ownership or authority before security-sensitive vehicle work.
To take payment, issue records and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.
